Summer Program

Grow Wild Association will joyously continue our outdoor learning with our 2023 summer program. Last year proved to be an exciting adventure filled with wonder! We explored the natural world around us, identified many wild edibles, played a plethora of games, got our hands dirty in the garden, took healthy risks, and made a variety of nature crafts — to name a few!

Membership

You must become a Grow Wild Association member prior to enrolling your child in our programs.

What to Expect

• Full sensorial experience, hands-on learning

• Dynamic, child-led activities

• Activities may include but are not limited to:
  Gardening and culinary arts, nature art, math in the garden, literacy, wilderness skills (foraging/plant ID, animal identification), folk herbalism, mindfulness, expressive arts, community building, experiential activities, outdoor exploration/connection, and play.

• Our focus is on having fun and healthy risk taking in nature and through experiential education. We will also offer developmentally appropriate academic group activities. Our vision is to foster nature and community connections, mindfulness, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
